Update the “Employee Data Conversion History” Export to Include Salary History and Job History (Item #363891)
The “Employee Data Conversion History Export” has been updated. The new version includes new export options for Salary History and Job History. This helps users easily move employees from one legal company to another with full history, including salary and job data.
Key Features:
The report is located under Client Reports or My Reports.
The report name is “Employee Data Conversion History Export.”
Filter by date, company, pay group, or all companies.
Five export options are included:
Employment history
Employment status history
Employment category o Salary history (new)
Job history (new)
Benefits:
Exports data in a format ready for import.
Includes current company info (can be edited or removed).
Works well with the “Employee Profile As Of Date” report. Use this first and then use the history files for a full employee data set.
Saves time during implementations or account transitions.

Benefits/HR – Maintenance Items
Item # | Description | Dynamics Issue |
368707 | Issue: The Benefit Summary and Benefit Details screens are showing premiums based on the start date of the active plan, rather than based on most updated premium.
Resolution: Updated the Benefit Summary and Benefit Plan Details screens to display premiums based on today. | 16981 |
353077 | Issue: A display issue was identified on the Employee Benefits screen for “Annual Target + Match” plans. The Per Pay Amount field did not factor in the Year-to-Date (YTD) contribution toward the “Annual Target Amount.” As a result, the field incorrectly divided the full target amount by the total number of pays instead of calculating based on the remaining target amount.
Resolution: The logic for the “Per Pay Amount” calculation on the Benefit screen has been updated to deduct the YTD contribution from the “Annual Target Amount" and divide the remaining amount by the number of remaining pays. This fix ensures the Per Pay Amount field displays the correct calculation, aligning with the actual payroll deductions. | 16998 |
358595 | Issue: When coverage groups are assigned to system-managed plan's plan years, the selected coverage group(s) are not displayed next to the coverage code(s) on the fixed rate table tab.
Resolution: Display the selected coverage group(s) on fixed contribution tab next to the coverage codes when the user views/edits the fixed rate table tab. | 17168 |

Adaptive Employee Experience (AEE) – Maintenance Items
Note: The following items will be released on 10/27 at 2:15PM EDT.
Item # | Description | Dynamics Issue |
324795 | Issue: “Rate x coverage” plan types in AEE enrollment displays the per pay cost based on the minimum coverage of the plan if the user navigates back to the screen after their initial selection.
Resolution: The correct per pay cost is always displayed based on the election made based on the late enrollee/open enrollment rules in place for the plan. | 14974 |
361237 | Issue: AEE enrollment is not displaying the open enrollment close date to the employee.
Resolution: The open enrollment close date is allowed to display to the employee in AEE enrollment. | 16824 |
363539 | Issue: When a plan has “Individual ACH” or “Individual ACH Employee Bank” save as the Payee types, any dependent(s) that the employee has saved as a dependent contact and is eligible to be covered for the plan does not show in the dependents section of the enrollment for the plan (in AEE only).
Resolution: Dependents are displayed regardless of the Payee type. | 16845 |
354485 | Issue: In AEE, when a labor table record has a long description/code and its related labor group item also uses a long description, the drop-down menu in the labor group section overlaps the subsequent labor entry. Although it appears visually overlapping, the selection still works correctly. The issue disappears upon hovering over the overlapping entry.
Resolution: The length of the description text is limited on either the labor table or the labor group drop-down to prevent the overlap. | 16691 |
366653 | Issue: Users with iPhones (e.g., iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone 16 Pro Max running iOS 18.5–18.6) report that when accessing the punch icon via the hamburger menu in the AEE app, punch options are not visible. The functionality remains active (tapping the blank area still triggers punch actions), but the UI does not display the options.
Resolution: employees using iPhones will see the punch icon as expected. | 17002 |
