Year End Production & Delivery
It's isolved's responsibility to ensure your W2s are printed and shipped in the order in which they are finalized. They are shipped via FedEx to the Year End Address we have on file. Shipping can take up to a week after printing, and all W2s will be shipped by January 31st.
In order for you to be compliant, you must ensure your W2s are physically delivered or postmarked by January 31st to your employees.
Important Note: If your company was acquired in 2024 or 2025, or if you have a special exception, forms will be mailed directly to employees' home addresses.
